Finding Home(s)

Home doesn’t have to be where you come from. Home is where you feel the most secure, yet the most alive. Home can be transient, ever-changing, and more than one place – it can be multiple places or traveling the world. I always felt my true home would never actually be the California suburbs in which I grew up, but rather vibrant New York City where I attend college. As I spend my first college spring break back in these sleepy California suburbs, I soak in all the natural beauty, openness and comfort that the city lacks – while still craving the city buzz. I realize we don’t need to settle on one specific home. Why limit ourselves? Find as many or as few homes as you need and make them yours.
